✔ Before Processing Begins

  • Packaging or dispatch preparation

Approved cancellations at this stage may be eligible for a full or partial refund after deducting applicable payment gateway or administrative charges.

Once processing has begun:

❌ After Completion or Dispatch

Once:

  • Draft preparation is completed,
  • Coordination activities are completed,
  • OR documents are dispatched,

the order will generally be considered completed and non-refundable.

  • Duplicate payment made accidentally
