Cancellation requests may be submitted within 2 hours of placing the order, provided processing has not already started.

- Coordination activities
- Packaging or dispatch preparation
Approved cancellations at this stage may be eligible for a full or partial refund after deducting applicable payment gateway or administrative charges.
❌ After Processing Has Started
Once processing has begun:
- Cancellation requests may be partially approved or declined depending on the work already completed.
- Refund eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
❌ After Completion or Dispatch
Once:
- Draft preparation is completed,
- Coordination activities are completed,
- OR documents are dispatched,
the order will generally be considered completed and non-refundable.
3. Refund Eligibility

- Duplicate payment made accidentally
- Approved cancellation before processing begins
- Service could not be completed due to internal operational limitations
